Week 2 Update

Week 2 is complete!


Since the new year I am down 3.4 lbs down.  I still have 4.9 lbs to lose in the next two week to make my dietbet!  I'm starting to get worried but I know that it is still an achievable goal!


Saturday was a really bad day for me.  I ate half a large stuffed crust pizza!  I fought with myself over ordering the pizza and gave in.  Due to this one decision it has set me back.  I am still very disappointed in myself but all I can do is get back up and keep moving.  Have you every had one of those days?  I gained back weight that I had already fought to get off and it definitely wasn't worth it.  I am hoping that I will do much better this weekend! 


In other news, I ran for 20 min straight, without stopping yesterday!  This was a struggle but I made it!  Week 5 of Couch to 5k is in the books!  I have been working on that week for about two weeks now.  I kept repeating workouts because I didn't think I was ready for the 20 min run.  Once I started though it was all a mind game.  I just had to keep telling myself, run for 2 more min and then I'll stop, 2 more min, 2 more min.  When I got to that last 2 min, I was all smiles!  Then after that I still went to my favorite yoga class for an hour and a half.  My legs are so tired and definitely deserve a rest day today! 


So, I weighted myself this morning and I was up .4 lbs.  What the hell body!?  I am hoping that is all muscle that I am gaining but it is still hard to swallow after all the work I put in yesterday.   I guess that is what you get when you weight yourself every morning.  There are ups and downs but hopefully the downs are way more that then ups!
